1. Pour jollof sauce into a casserole pot, and add 320ml water
2. Bring to boil
3. Rinse and drain rice
4. Add washed rice to the boiling sauce
5. Cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes on high heat
6. Stir to fluff rice, add a knob of butter and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.

 Don't panic if it starts to burn a little! it adds smoky flavour to your jollof rice. Once ready, serve with salad and a protein of your choice.
